Hello
I was just contacted by a winning bidder telling me that they still had not received shipping information.
The auction #969896495 ended on Oct-15-02 14:02:30 PDT.
Of course, I went to my post sale screen and there was noting there that ended yesterday. I went to active and refreshed. That moved the auction to Post Sale. Shouldn't this have happened when the auction ended yesterday? It has been over 24 hours.
What's up?

Hi Paula,
Sometimes for the BIN auctions you have to refresh your active list to get it to move to closed. You can eliminate this latency by setting yourself up with Mailstep for Buy It Now. Check out the following link if you are interested in learning more about it:
