Sometimes I do not know which carrier I will use until I find out where my buyer is located. Some areas for UPS have surcharges that make a residential delivery very epensive, which I may wqant to switch to another service. The Shipping Selection appears to make the buyer choose one service. Is there way to make a particular shipper not show up in shipping options?

Hi Gousianc,
In order to perform PSM you must select a shipping carrier, otherwise your WBNs will not be sent. You may however list without a carrier. After listing closes, send the WBN manually, selecting a carrier (or maybe several) at your choice.
