I have tried to upload the upgrade on sales pro and keep getting an error that says upload failed. No explanation. I have always been able to do upgrades in the past without any problems. I have not added or taken any software or hardware to my system. Any suggestions? It does do the download but fails in the install. I have plenty of memory.

OK I got it figured out. I uninstalled the old and reinstalled the new....
