Can Someone please tell me where to find the spreadsheet fields with there instructions to use for importing inventory into SM pro.

One of the items I need help on is putting the 1 shipping carrier in. The errror log says, no good, when I type UPS Ground into that column on the excel text document.

Also, when I imported my Excell document my starting bids did not show up on the listings I am creating.
