I checked my preferences in my account, both global and Ebay, and Paypal is offered. I am told by buyers that when they go to check out, Paypal isn't there. I just went to Ebay to change something in an already listed item, and I had to check the Paypal box and enter my e-mail address. Wha' happened? Worked fine for 18 months.
In the past year, I've listed fewer than 20 auctions directly onto Ebay out of thousands.
Recently, as you know, Paypal was made more prominent on the auction page. It seems to me about then, I started getting asked if I took Paypal. I had been thinking the buyers hadn't read the page. Just now, as before, I went through several current auctions on Ebay's revise section, I had to check "Paypal" on every auction I came across.
I double-checked my preferences, global and Ebay, and Paypal is listed as a desired form of payment.
The only thing I can think of is that I launch through established batches. I have a batch for every item and I just keep launching them. Perhaps, there was some change that these older, but still used, batches are not picking up. However, when any of my batches were composed, Paypal was always listed as a preferred form of payment.

Hello,
If you are launching the same batch each time, it is best to preview or double check your preferences to make sure that it is there. Engineering is working on getting PayPal incorporated onto the listing form right now.

what I had to do is after my listing launched on eBay, I went back in and edited my auction and was able to check off the paypal payment option and then it showed up perfect. This is the workaround we will have to take until AW's engineers incorp Paypal into their listing options.
Hope this helps,
