I'm trying to list an auction with sales mangager pro to ebay catagory 32843 dish network accesories. This catagory is not even an option on sales manager pro and when I type it into the catgory # box it just locks up and doesn't give me that option. Is there anyway around this or do I need to list my auctions thru ebay??
You probably don't have the updated categories downloaded to Pro. Open up Pro, and synchronize. Then quit and restart Pro. You should then be able to pick the category. I hope this helps!
