Can anyone here tell me what exactly prints out on your packing slip and invoice. I have yet to see one, can't find an example or anything. I need the SKU# to be printed out for package prep. SKU# is how my inventory is stored. This is the most user unfriendly program I have yet to find. Is there instructions anywhere on anything? Thanks

Hi Thekloset,
The SKU number won't print on the invoice. If you want to know what will, go to any of your closed auctions. Click on the set of PSM keys, then click on the link in step four to print the packing slip. A screen will come up with how it is going to look.

What is the point in even being able to assign a SKU# or Inventory # if you never even get to see it again? I post auctions all week long, prepackage as I go, I assign each one an inventory number and then store them away. On Sunday I launch all those auctions that I have input all week. When I input, I don't have an auction # yet so I have to assign an inventory # so that I know what each item is. When an item sells, I can go right to the bin it is stored in (in numerical inventory # order) and pull it from the packing slip/invoice. They way you all have the invoice/packing slip it only gives the auction #...is there anywhere that I can go to in Pro that will show me what the SKU# and the auction number both are so I know what items to pull and ship. I simply do not have the time it takes to go through 300 items looking for 1 that sold....Can you please help me out here! Thanks

Hello,
The SKU number field is meant for inventory purposes and is not used to identify items in Post Sale. The way you might be able to identify would be to look at your batches in pro, and match them up with the auctions that you just sold. In the future the only way to get the SKU number to show up on the invoice is if you include it in the auction title.
