I'm converting from my default storefront template to another template since I no longer have a storefront and none of the auction images are centering. They are all in the left margin.

I use Sales Manager Pro to preview and post the auctions.

I have selected and saved my new templates online at Create Auction and eBay Site Specifics using the "Centered and Split" format. I then synched SM Pro and the templates are local, but when I preview in SM Pro all of the auction images are on the left - none are "centered and split".

I have even tried using a "centered and split blank template" and it still won't work.

I use HTML in my descriptions and that works properly, it's just the image posting that gives me a problem.

Any ideas? This worked great with my storefront (see my current auctions), but it's not working now. I need the primary image centered at the top and any other images split-centered at the bottom.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Greg,

Is this visible in Active Auctions? If so let me know the item ID numbers. If not, let me know what you've chosen in terms of template and image layout so that I can try to recreate it on my end.

Sonya

Hi Sonya!

Thanks for the quick response!

It's no longer in Active Auctions, I ended it early. It can be viewed in my closed auctions or by looking at the following eBay auction ID:

921417162 - (images wrong)

All of my current Active Auctions are in my "old style" using the Storefront template that I want to move away from. My "new style" will be basically the same but without the storefront border and such. I have now included my logo and everything in the HTML that I post.

I just need a blank template that has the images centered and split at top and bottom.

Thanks!!
Greg Williams

Hello,

Have you tried making a template theme that is the blank template, with the centered and split image layout? That would probably work out well for what you are trying to do with your listings.

Yes, that is what I tried first, just a generic blank template with images centered and split.

Just trying to find a fix for this I did a Disk Cleanup with Windows XP and tried again from the start using a new batch. That must have had something to do with it because the images are now centering the way they should.

I had previously tried with a new batch but no change. Seems that XP and the temp files were "blocking" the real synch update of files. There wasn't much to clean up since I do a Disk Cleanup daily - but that is the only thing I have done different and now it works.

I started with a clean reboot this morning. Probably just a glitch and may never happen again.

Thanks for looking on your end!

Hi Greg,

No problem, I'm glad to hear everything is working again.
