In the Shipping Preference page (online)
I have the first box checked for USPS Priority (fixed)on my AW settings online. The second box doesn't have a "Choose One" or blank choice. I don't have the second box checked.
The problem is when I synch with my SM Pro and do listings offline. The default shows the second box in red, and won't let me move to the next window without filling it in. I have to reset the preferences in the SM Pro after each synch to avoid this problem. Is there a way to have it set once and for all???

Hello,
Please set the shipping preference in SMPro ('Choose One'); it will not change, unless you update preferences again using the online page.
If you need to use the online page, indeed you will have to go back into SMPro and reset the shipping preference again.

I have tried for months to set the shipping prefercence to choose one as I do not want to check first class etc. I have had to change this in each auction by hand. I just did the latest update, went online to seller preference and it still does not let us check choose one to be the default when wroking offline, so HOW DO YOU DO THIS????
Also when I just updated to the latest revision it said something about a usp. calculator. When I previewed the screens off line I did not see anything for this. Help Please.

I too struggled with the shipping option not allowing me to choose the option "CHOOSE ONE" in the first two shipping preferences. With the help of this post, I finally discovered that there is two places to set the shipping preferences. At the Top of the page under Preferences (Online) and from the left side of the page, on the Sales Manager Pro Software. It was not until I went to the left side of the page "Preferences Icon" was I able to set the preference to "Choose One" and have it show up for each listing. I think this is where people have been getting hung up, me included, thinking there is only one place to set preferences. Going to the Top Preference Tab and setting the setting does not allow for the "Choose One" Option. Hope this helps someone.

Ok I am still confused. I went offline and openned the software. I do not see a preference box on the left, so is this supposed to be online or offline software. Please help I am so tired of being confused.

Ok I tried your instructions off line. I thought I had it figured out because I did find the edit, preferences, shippingoptions. I changed it to choose one. I did not find a save button or anything to have it remember this, so I left it as choose one closed screen and tried an ebay listing still has usps as first option.
So I closed the software and restarted it. Did not save the choose one choice.
