Whenever I try to update to 4.2 I get an error message reading "Update error: There has been an error during update."

I am in Canada; not sure if that's part of the problem or not.

Hi Fastfriendly,

If you are having trouble updating from an older version of Pro, try updating directly from our site instead:

http://www.auctionwatch.com/my/client/

This will download the entire 4.2 for you.
