For the past week most of the listings that I have created offline and uploaded to go to auction at eBay show up in inventory as available, not at auction.
This doesn't seem to be a problem if I send items to my store.
Any ideas to help keep track of where and how much inventory I do have?

Hello,
Unfortunately, uploading from offline will not reflect in your online inventory that an item is at auction. You would have to initiate the launch from your online inventory in order for it to have the total under Quantity at Auction as 1.

Thanks Sonya, is there any way that I can get my inventory to show that an item is at auction instead of avaiable after this has happened?
Here is one item that is at auction but shows up as available.

Hello,
Unfortunately, there is no way to manually mark your items as being at auction if they were not launched from the online inventory page.
If you are interested in using the rount trip inventory, start listing your items via the online inventory instead, where it will keep track of your quantities automatically.
