Lets say I have set my shipping to discount by 90% additional auctions won. If the first auction shipping is $5 and the next is $40, will it discount at 90% by 1. First Auction That Closes. 2. Highest Shipping then discount lowest shipping. 3. WBN linkl that is clicked on is full price, then others are discounted, or what is the way it picks which auctions get the shipping discount?

The next item will be discounted at 90%. The first item will close at its regular shipping.
