Every time I use Sales Manager Pro one or more of the following three problems occur. It is only when I am using SMPro that these problems occur. With each one of these, the computer has to be shut down and restarted and all in progress work is lost. Please let me know what to do. I do not want to change auction listing tools. Problem #1: A Fatal exception OE has ocurred at 0167:BFF9DFFF. The current application will be terminated. Problem #2: This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor. Problem #3: ENCMONTR caused an invalid page fault in module USER.EXE at 0004:000062 fd. HELP!!! HELP!!! HELP!!! HELP!!!
