We have changed the way images hosted by AuctionWatch that have been renamed, deleted or moved are handled. A pre-announcement of this change was posted on December 19 in Announcements throughout AuctionWatch services to help sellers prepare for this.
We have found increasing instances of sellers referencing non-existent images in their auctions. Previously, we did not serve an image in this situation and the seller often did not realize that the image is missing. We have now increased the visibility of non-existent images so sellers will be more aware of problems in their listing and are able to fix them. Non-existent images will have the following text displayed where the image should be: "Sorry, this image is currently unavailable. Please check back later" If you have been relisting or scheduling recurring auctions, you should view them at the marketplace to be sure your images are still in place.

I am still unclear why this happened I need more detailed information? also please tell me how to fix it.
Thank You
Unfortunately it is hard for me to tell since I did not see it prior to you reloading the image. Images are only deleted if they surpass the 90 day deletion period, which you can reset by viewing the image in full or by using it in auctions.
