When we create listings on SMP, at some point they automatically get uploaded to Ebay. We haven't even saved them yet.

We therefore are charged fees from Ebay and from Auction Watch. Each individual auction on SMP states "Waiting" under the Upload heading.

What are we doing wrong? How do we recoup our (your) fees. This has happened every time we use SMP.

Hello,

If you are synchronizing and you've got the batch open you are uploading the auctions. If you need to synchronize but you don't want to do that yet, make sure that you have quit the batch (saving your work first, of course).

If you want to try to apply for a refund please visit the following URL:

https://secure.auctionwatch.com/my/acct/request_refund.html

The URL can be found on our site by clicking the "Got questions about this statement?" link on your statement.

Regards,

Sonya
