Here's something I can't figure out... I've been using AW for a couple of years. For the most part, the program works well but I have a question.
I have the occasional buyer who requests a different shipping method than what I have indicated within the auction. Is it just me? I can't figure out how to go in and edit the post sale info to reflect a new shipping method/cost.
I've been having to manually (by hand) change the buyer's packing slip to reflect the difference. Any ideas?
If you want to change shipping for an auction, you will need to deselect step 1 in the post sale process. Then you can edit the WBN to make the changes, reselect step 1, then either send the WBN out to the winner again or fill it out yourself with the winner's information.
