I have 1 of my auction that cannot checkout:
this the error we get:
Errors during checkout:
Listing ID Title Reason Available qty.
1949817335 SAVV LBM-S5000 REAR VIEW MIRROR LCD MONITOR internal error
PLease fix this asap, and it looks that today a very few were able to checkout!

The problem happened when you try to confirm at the end of the checkout. The way i was able to enter the checkout was to go to the post sale check list and edit the checkout. if i wanted to actually click on go to buyer checkout the checkout would go fine until i click confirm.
I checked the item and went to the buyer checkout, and it has been confirmed already. Did you manually run through the checkout or did you check step 2 off, and insert the information yourself? Has this happened on other items?

I did enter the info myself using the edit button on the check list
because the customer checkout was giving me this error
As far as i know i haven't seen it on another item
