Hello

I've no way to handle mixed auctions shipping costs.

I list some with free shipping
I list some with higher first item and additional per item after that.

How can I handle this situation? I know I can give discount, but it'll change my whole idea for putting different shipping vs different items.

How can I do that in SMP?

Thanks,

please also send me answer over email.

Hello,

The best way is to set up a shipping discount in Global Preferences, if you are using the automatic WBN feature. If not, the other option is to manually combine your items, and when you are combining them you can specify the shipping on either a per item basis, or on the order as a whole.

If you don't want to offer a discount then I would recommend just listing your items with the shipping as planned, and turning off the shipping discount.

Regards,

Sonya

I can't really get it.

for example

i have A 10 items buy it now, first item shipping 2 dollars, then 1.5 each

B 10items first item 1.5 then 1.4 each
C 10items first item 3 then 2.2 each

I cannot do discount in this way.

and the manual combine doesn't work this way!

Hi Ken,

That is correct, for this situation, you would need to combine the items manually, and include a single fixed shipping amount when you send out the WBN. The system is not setup currently to automatically process this scenario.

How can you combine items which is by a single dutch auction or buy it now?

You can only combine auctions/buy it now if they're different ebay item # right?

If I buy 5 items on above example A I should pay for 8 for s/h. and different for others.

I cannot force people to buy 2 different items from me for my convenience of doing the post sales work.
