Hi
Some time last fall I asked about refunds and how to get them. Sonya told me where to find the info and to click on a particular link. When I went to do that, the link wasn't there and there was no way to apply for a store credit, as the order number was not requested.

Well, over the past 12 weeks I have had an huge amount of non-paying bidders and NONE of the store transactions have gone through! Most were made by people who left non-existent email addresses and addresses.

Please give me detailed directions to find where I can apply for a refund in both of these situations.

Thank you
Paula (ny-baglady)

Hi Paula,

In the event that your buyer does not complete a transaction for a fixed-price Store item, you may request a refund Store line item fee. To request a refund, please use the below URL, and be sure to select Stores from the menu.

https://secure.auctionwatch.com/my/acct/request_refund.html

Please note that you must be logged in to access this form. If you have a large number of refunds to file, let me know how many and I will get you in touch with billing.

Regards,

Sonya

Hi Sonya
Thank you for the prompt reply!
I went to that link and here is all that was there:
*****************************************
Please enter the Ref ID for the item you wish to refund. The Ref ID can be found in the left hand column of your statement.
Ref ID Number:
If you would like to view your statement please click here.
*******************************************
I don't see anywhere to select Stores from any menu... If I enter a number it just tells me it is not valid... I spoke with another aw user last time you gave me that info and they couldn't find it either.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks
Paula

Hi Paula,

If you got charged for a store purchase, it would be in your online statement. You can get the ref ID from there. When you enter it in, on the next page, you will be given the opportunity to select Stores from a list of reasons and let us know what the refund is for. If you don't have anything in your Online Statement then the transaction was never confirmed so you won't get charged.

Regards,

Sonya
