I received the following kudo from a customer of mine and wanted to pass it on. Yes, it probably should go in the AuctionWatch Feedback forum, but that is unmonitored by AW Customer Service. I wanted Christopher, Sonya and everyone else to see that even with all of our suggestions, moans and groans that our customers who do read the post-sale emails and follow the instructions find it a great experience. (But you knew that already - grin)
