Hello...
I am having trouble with Profiles in Sales Manager Pro. When I try to create a new profile or edit an existing one, the following error message appears:
"SMPro is unable to execute this operation. To continue, please save your work, close other running programs or restart SMPro and try the command again."
I am presently running Version 4.2 (build 1010) of SMPro. Is there another version that I should be aware of? This has happened to me in the past. Sometimes, sychronizing takes care of it. However, can you offer me any explanation or help to prevent this from happening in the future?

Pro typically uses a lot of system memory so if you have anything else open, try quitting it and then going back to Pro to create a new profile. Let us know if the problem persists.
