Rotogui, I always save applications to the C drive rather than the desktop. Guaranteed that is where it was saved. I tried the MS-Dos Prompt steps - the folder is there that the TMP & TEMP point to. I am still having the same problem. There is also now someone else that is having the same problem - so I am more inclined to believe the problem is not my computer.

Rotogui, Unfortunately none of those helped either. Every now and then I do get an error message about Explorer and it has to shut down. I don't know if this is IE or Windows.

Sonya, I believe you tried to help about a week ago and had to pass me on to the Engineering Dept. Yes the error is the same every time. It says "An error occurred during the move data process: - 132
