For some reason the version or location of the download on your sales manager pro page loads until the 5.1mb mark and then rushes to the 8.1 mark and says its done.
I am saving it to drive C, and click on the icon, it tries to open then collapses down to the toolbar and then the error messages come and the crashes begin. Running windows ME, have deleted the images.map file, installed latest updates including Visual Basic patch, and I don't have a virus. Very frustrating, what else do I need to do? Since I'm not a geek, give it to me step by step. Need to get some auctions going.

I have loaded it via download .com and at least it will come up. When I try to synch through AOL I get the dreaded blue screen and error message ampro caused a GPF in user.exe. I have old auctions, pictures from past usage when it was auction manager so I know my way around, but this is crazy.
Other things my computer has that you may need to know are
1. Go to the Windows Update site (you can reach it by clicking Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Check any updates which are available for your machine, especially Service Packs and device drivers.
