It's been over 12 hours and I still have not had an answer. I have downloaded the Windows service patch you mentioned, upgraded to IE6.0 etc. I removed my old version and downloaded the new. Now it will not even open. When I go to remove program there are several .dll files that remain with a warning from windows saying that there is no need to remove. So now what??
Don't know what you mean about the url but here is the message. It was under the title "need help with memory problem" with the last entry at 2/3/03
Hi,
Don't know about any "url" but here is the entire message from yesterday.

Hi,
I spent the day trying to my computer back on track and downloaded the windows program you recommended still AMPRO doesn't work. So I guess I will have to uninstall and install the new version, just one embarrasing question. How do I uninstall?
Thanks,
Elaine
As I said, I did uninstall, but now it's worse than ever, it will not even open

Since I am desperate I just listed 1 auction on Auction Manager and 2 on Ebay directly. Using Ebay is just as simple and I do not have to up load any pictures. MY new IE 6.0 with it's new Agent X or whatever Ebay needed is working just fine. Now what to do with the .50 and %'s I just hopefully saved?

Hello Elaine,
Sorry to hear your running into so many memory issues on your machine. I hope you got my email from earlier this afternoon requesting the same, that you upgrade from your very old copy (IE4.01) of Internet Explorer.
Don't worry about the DLL files, just uninstall it, reboot your machine and download/install a fresh copy.
