Well, after many years of faithful & hard service, I had to retire my trusty NT workstation (actually it retired on me with a crack + a puff of smoke from the motherboard). So I am in the process of placing a new workstation in service.
I have tried 3 times now to load up Ampro, with the same bad results. The download goes fine, but when I start the install routine, after about 3 seconds, it reports 'An error occurred during the move data process - 132, with no other information given.
Here are the particulars, on the new workstation; W2k,IE 6.0, Pentium 4 - 1.4ghz, 256Meg mem, 160 Gig drive; all current critical & security software service patches have been installed. The hard drive was NDD scanned, Chkdsk verified, and defraged. No other programs were running, nor were there any other windows open.
Since you have all my images in your storage, as well as since I need to list several hundred auctions (since I've been more or less 'out of service' for last several days) in the next several days, I need your help as soon as possible.
Thanks

Normally, this error happens if another program that runs in the background prevents the SMPro installation. Just to make sure, you might want to restart your computer before trying to install SMPro again.
Also, please check this page with more information on how the installation error might appear:
Please let us know if any of these hints helped solve your problem. Thanks.

OK, I finally got it installed, but it was a long process, but I discovered something that I hope will help many AWer's.
