First of all, I somehow messed up my repetitve text. It's not showing up on my auctions and I can't see the mistake in my html. Can anyone look for me? Next, I need to uninstall and re-install AmPro. The program has gone very weird on me - the 'preview auction' is verrrry strange. Do I just uninstall or are there other bits of the program to find also?

Hi Hendrix,
After looking at your default text, I noticed two things. One is that you forgot a " at the end of your image which is why it is coming up broken. It is the Moose_runs.gif image -- whenever you use an 'img src' or an 'a href' tag you have to enclose the URL in quotes. If you add in the quote, this will correct it for future listings.
The other thing I noticed is the Moose_runs.gif uses the wrong URL. If you continue to use the preview URL, then the image will expire after 90 days. Here is the correct URL you should be using:
Regarding the preview auction -- what does it look like when you preview your listings? Do you have anything else open in the background that might affect how Pro is running? Try quitting all other applications and then doing the preview on a listing, if you still run into trouble we will give you directions on how to uninstall/reinstall the program.
