I have just opened my own AW account. I used to share my account with another family member. How can I direct the AMPro to my own account rather than the old shared account? My images are in the old shared account, but I want to list auctions under my own name now. I have removed the program and reinstalled it but I am still taken to the old one.
There is still an AuctionWatch directory saved when you uninstall. Manually navigate to your Program Files folder on the C drive and delete the AuctionWatch directory after you uninstall again.
Afterward, when you reload the software, it can accept new account information rather than load the old account.
