A BIG PROBLEM OCCURRED AT 6PM & NOW!
I use Sales Manager Pro. Tonite I can't see my description show up in the DESCRIPTION BOX when previewing at any time. I sent one auction thru regardless, but won't know if the description is up & running because its' posting around 11pm. What could the problem be?

I checked your pending items, and while the description is loading for me, I can tell there is a problem with your HTML code. The background image appears to be taking over the entire page, as though a closing tag is missing somewhere.
Go to the pending section here online, and click on those items to unschedule first. Then you can edit. Check over your code for any missing tags, and be sure to use the eBay preview to see if the background remains part of the listing, or takes over the entire page.

I need to clarify my problem.
I am unable to see the description when using the "preview" feature. However,I tried again,9:30pm without including my background html and it worked fine. I commonly use backgrounds, but had switched to a new one. This time it would not allow me to see my description, yet it allowed me to view all my other terms & conditions which are all pre-set & in every auction. What's up , if you know?

Unfortunately, we do not provide HTML support at this time. I cannot tell exactly what part of the new background template code would be causing this error.
