I have a few questions about this, first is there a separate listing of unsold items or do I have to wade thru the closed items? also, when i selected an item that hasn't sold and hasn't been relisted yet, why does it say "copy" instead of "relist"? Doesn't relist mean I will get my listing fees(Ebay) back if it sells the second time? Could it possibly be because i actually had to end the auction early after it had only been listed a few minutes on "fixed price free listing day" because i screwed up and used "buy it now" rather than "fixed price" Thanks,

Hi Bdemerchant,

In Post Sale, you will see there is a link called Unsold Items. You can go there to view a list of all auctions that have closed yet didn't sell -- it makes relisting these items easier for you.

If an item says Copy after you select it for relist, it means it is not eligible for relist. In your case, if you accidentally launched it as an auction and you used relist and changed it to fixed price or if it has been longer than 30 days then it would say Copy.

Alrightly then, but can you tell me why (in my post sell unsold items) some come up as "copy" and others as relist (non-refundable"? what's the difference between those two.?
Thanks,
Brenda

sorry, i meant to add it hasn't been longer than 30 days, and it still says "copy" instead of 'relist" these are all items unsold during Ebays "fixed price promotion" could that have anything to do with it? are they non relistable maybe? Thanks,
Brenda

Hi Brenda,

Let us know the item ID numbers so we can take a look at it for you.

The 3 that ended on 2-13 and (I think) should qualify for a relist (but say "copy" ) are 2708979050. 2910615223, and 2809624435. On the Ebay site on my "My Ebay" page, there is NOT a check mark beside them which would indicate that they have already been relisted.- I hope I explained this clearly, maybe Ebay just didn't allow auctions from their "fixed price" promotion to be relisted. Thanks for your time,

Brenda

Hi Brenda,

Unfortunately, eBay does not offer relisting credits for multiple fixed price listings. Here is the link to the page on eBay where this is mentioned:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/relist.html
