When I try to view enlarged preview, nothing happens. Then, when I try to close the item and save the batch, SMP crashes. It starts to show the enlarged preview, I get an error message, and the program is shut down.

Details of error are:
AMPRO caused an exception 10H in module MSVBVM60.DLL at 0167:66024d53.

Hello,

1. Please go to the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the Service Packs the site recommends, especially those for Windows and Internet Explorer.

2. Install also Visual Basic 6.0 SP5 Run-Time Files. The link to this kit is:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/vb60pro/Redist/sp5/WIN98Me/EN-US/VBRun60sp5.exe

3. If the Preview is still not working properly, please install SMPro again.
