i have chosen all available shipping options online and synced with SMPro, however, only three options are shown in the "listing new item" page, the last one (4th one) is missing. Any idea?
After you synch Pro, try quitting and restarting the program -- that should display any changes you have made online, that you want to carry over to Pro. Let me know if this doesn't work.
