Hi. I'm new to auctionwatch and having some trouble with the shipping options. I selected the calculated priority mail as one of my options. I've tried to just put in the weight of my items (since all the help files say dimensions aren't necessary) but then when I go to save it, I get an error message saying that dimension information must be included. I tried putting in dimension information but got the same error message. I contacted support but they only referred me to the shipping preferences section about selecting "remind me to enter weight on..." which didn't make any difference. I'd really welcome any thoughts or suggestions on this issue. Thanks. Natalie

Hello,

What are you entering in, in these fields? Are you filling all of them out? When you enter in the numbers you can round them off.
