Hello Paula,
If your item was purchased using Buy It Now, you may notice a delay in the item being detected as closed by our system. There are currently three ways in which to help avoid this situation.
1. Utilize Vendio Checkout, which will insert a checkout button into the listing when the item closes. This will allow your buyer to checkout immediately rather than wait for the WBN email. For more information on Vendio Checkout, please refer to this link:
2. Utilize Mailstep (our mail relay system.) This allows AuctionWatch to use the eBay end of auction notice that is automatically sent to you to trigger WBN delivery to your buyer and Control Panel update for Buy It Now items.
To activate Mailstep, simply update the email address on file at eBay with your Vendio Mailstep address ([email protected].) The eBay generated mail is then forwarded through our system so we can use the EOA notice to trigger the BIN auction to go to closed. All received mail is forwarded through to the email address you have on file with Vendio.
To learn more about this system, please refer to this URL:

3. Sign up for Customer Manager, and update the email address you have on file at eBay with your Vendio Customer Manager email address ([email protected]) This system, similar to Mailstep, will utilize the EOA notices from eBay to send your BIN item to closed, with the added benefit of the Customer Manager functionality being available to you.
For more information on Customer Manager, please refer to this URL:

You may find this tutorial on our website, located under the Customer Manager tab.
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or comments.
Regards,
Christopher

Hi Christopher
I do 1 & 2 but not 3. The problem was I am blond... yes, but I changed my ebay password this morning and it took awhile for everything to catch up.. in the mean time I had a bin and they couldn't complete checkout...
I will be trying the customer manager soon as I need to be able to teach it in my class this fall.
Thanks for your prompt reply (as usual) have a great weekend!
