People are claiming the checkout button on the ebay auctions page for vendio does not work. We doing "Fix Priced" auctions. is it because the auctions are not over yet?
Unless you use the mailstep system to move your fixed price listings to the closed section right after they end, if the buyer goes to checkout using that button before it moves to closed on your end, it will not work correctly.

Hi. Does Customer Manager plus Post Sale also offer this feature, or do we have to do something additional with mailstep? I already have changed my email at ebay for customer manager--do I need a secondary email for this to work? Thanks!

Thanks Christopher. I now see that there were 3 possible solutions given in another thread on another board, and using customer Manager was one of them. Sorry to trouble you about it, I don't get to all the threads every day. Thanks again!

Here is a easier solution. When relaunching my new auctions, I REMOVED the CHECKOUT button. Give me a break... pay for a service you have to use this mailstep process as your work around.... go figure.

I don't view it as a workaround actually. I view it as a "toggle" - what do I care if my eBay notifications go THROUGH my post-auction / fixed-price handling service?
Makes it easier for me all around.
Fixed Price and BIN purchases are UNSCHEDULED endings therefore Vendio has no other way to KNOW it's time to send the post-sale notifications.
I didn't think I would like it at first either... but I found out I was wrong after I set it up. Setup is simple... just follow the instructions.
