As we know, PayPal seller's protection policy mandates shipment to confirmed address (billing address of credit card in another word), however, at Vendio Checkout page, such default and uneditable statement is given to buyers:
"Please enter your billing address. If you will be paying me directly via a credit card, make sure the billing information exactly matches your credit card statement. (This does not apply for c2it, PayPal, or other indirect payments.)"....
