I am trying to get an archive of my unsold items. The archive seems to only contain sold items although there is the option to select unsold items for download. Is it possible to get an archive of unsold items?
No, I just get an error message saying there are no files to download. I have unchecked the autoarchive option box in my preferences because I have customers who collect many items over months before they are ready to ship. Could this have something to do with it?
Also I was wondering is it possible to upload this same information in excel format into a Sales Manager batch? What I am trying to do is keep a catalogue of my stock. If I catalogue in excel using the format of the archive file will I be able to upload the catalogue into a batch to launch on ebay? I would then only need to fix the item description and image for each item. Seems unlikely, but is there some way of doing something similar?
