I am gelling an illagal operation everytime i go to put an image on my auction.i have put the recovery disk in i thought it might have been it but it didnt help i have been having this problem for a very long time. i have done EVERYTHING i know to do , ...this is the error i am getting.

Hello there, i have already done the windows updates it took a long time like 2 or 3 hrs. to upgrade everything they recommended, do i do that again? i am going to go now and install visual basic 6.0 SP5,Thank you, Cindy

Hello me again... well this time it wouldent even let me open up a batch?? as soon as i opened my batch it " preformed an illagal operation " this is what it said...
Please uninstall SMPro (using the Add/Remove Programs Wizard in Control Panel), then install it again.
You may use the install kit that you used before if it is still on your system, otherwise, you will need to download the install kit again from:
http://www.vendio.com/my/client/
Please be sure to select "save to disk" when downloading. Before you begin the install process, please be sure to close any applications that might be running on your system.

i uninstalled it but it said that it was unable to delete folders ?? do i go ahead and deleat the folders? and also i still have an AMPRO icon on the screen should it be there ?
