Downloaded the new program this morning-very carefully, I thought. Evidently the new version overwrote the old version and obliterated all my batches, including one with 50+ new listings which had not been uploaded yet. Have downloaded a lot programs over the years-didn't see anything that would indicate this would happen. Any ideas before I slit my throat?
The batches should still exist, but they are probably in your old Pro version which is located in the AuctionWatch directory (the new Pro version installs into a Vendio directory by default.)
You can copy the batches from C:/Program Files/AuctionWatch/batches into C:/Program Files/Vendio/batches directory, but please do not attempt to copy the profile.dat file as this may cause problems.
The best way to copy your images into the new Pro version is to synch them down from online.
