I have two issues and a wish:
1. I have a bad image that keeps re-appearing after I've "deleted" it at least 10 times. Every time I try to upload a batch, the synch stops because of it. So, I go delete both in my SM Pro and online in my images folder. It goes away each time, when I go back to check, it's gone.
Next upload, it re-appears and I have to
do the process all over again to get the next batch uploaded.
What am I missing here?
2. Pending - I uploaded 3 batches on Thursday to start last night. 2 started, the third one didn't. Okay, I thought perhaps I had a wrong date or something so have "uploaded" the batch twice this afternoon with the date and time changed to tonight. It still hasn't shown up in pending after more than an hour, evening the synch went normally, (once I got bad of
the re-appearing bad image referred to above).
3. The Wish: I use Avery/or similar adhesive labels for my boxes - the SM Pro shipping labels are too large for many of my tiny boxes.
I wish we had an option to select and print shipping labels on label sheets.
1. Chances are this image is still hiding in your Pro directory. Check both the Images and Thumbs folders. If you cannot locate it in either, do a search on your C drive for an images.map file, then delete it. After you delete that file, open Pro, synch, then restart the program.
2. Double check to make sure these items didnt end up listing to eBay after all. They were having trouble last night, and the issue has since been resolved. Double check your pending section online as well, just to be sure that this batch did not make it. You don't want duplicate listings.

i have had the same problem with 1 image... it is not a bad image... same as I always do tham and same as the rest of the batch of pictures- none other has a problem
the other day, i renamed the "bad" image (the one where my sync stops on) and did get vendio to sync...
opened sales mgt pro today and same problem - same image - checked my manage images section on vendio it was not there but appeared when i checked my auction watch folder on my c drive and it was in both the images and thumbs folder- deleted it and got pro to sync
for now all it ok
but no reason why this happened in the first place and obviously we are not alone..
