Hi,
in the past couple weeks I have had a few instances where customers purchased more than one item and it did not automatically combine them as it always did in the past. I checked my settings and the shopping cart is set to combine items purchased within 7 days of each other, which is what I want. Any explanation for what has happened?
I see a number of combined orders in your post sale, were those combined by you or by your customers? You do have your settings correct, if you can provide us with the item ID numbers for auctions that should have combined but didn't, we can look into this.

HI-
THe latest one I combined myself after the buyer paid me, to print the invoice and shipping label. It was order number 572635955, with items 2633765024 and2633765051.
The other one was items number 2632205723 and 2632205854. The customer had completed the checkout on both and paid shipping twice before I was aware of the problem.
It is hard to tell what has happened since it's been past the auto combine settings that you have for your items, plus the winner has gone through most of the post sale keys. Does this happen all the time now, or only on specific sets of auctions? Did your customer tell you they tried to combine the auction and it wouldn't let them?
