With the previous version I was able to specify how many items to sell in my store & at what price while creating batch items. That feature has disappeared with 5.0.
Also, there used to be an option somewhere instructing SMP to save copies of all batch items to my inventory. Can't do that now either.
Why have important functions like this been removed with this "improved" version? Please put them back.
Sorry for the delay in my response! We did not remove those features, we just changed the way that they are done.
If you want to list an item to auction and to your Vendio store, what you will need to do first is create the item from inventory (if it is already in a batch, just drag it over to inventory to copy it). Then drag the item from inventory to your batch window -- select 'auction' if you need to put it in there as an auction and fill out the site specific information for the venue you choose, then do it once more and select 'my store' to put it in there as a store fixed price item. You should have two copies of the item in your batch -- one for auction and one for store.
We have added a "Quantity Available" option for store items which can bet set at 0, as to help you populate your online inventory. To add copies of your items to the online inventory, you will need to put all batch items first into your inventory. Then drag it from the inventory to your batch (we recommend doing a new batch for this to avoid confusion) and when you are in edit mode, select 0 for quantity in store. When you upload this batch, those items will go right to your inventory, yet not list themselves as auction or store items.
Let us know if you have any trouble with this.
Regards,
Sonya
