I've downloaded the new version, but when I go to synchronize, I keep getting this message, "Synchronization Failed, Bad response from Server," what does this mean and how can I fix my problem? Help! I was hoping to start some auctions this morning.
Did you actually download and install the new version on your own, or did you use the automatic update? If you downloaded it, when you launched, did it pull up all of your saved information?
Also, did you need to specify a connection through a proxy server in your past version?

I hit your download button from your website. No saved information came up
as far my pictures and such. Just keep getting the message below when I try
to synchronize. I did the same thing in the past when I upgraded in the
and had no problems. Please let me know how to fix this problem asap.
I have deleted the program and tried to download several times today and
rebooted, but no luck.
Please uninstall the existing SMPro version. If you have installed the program in multiple locations on your hard disk, please uninstall them all. You can use the Add/Remove Programs Wizard in Control Panel for the first installation; if there are more installations, please click Start > Run and enter a command such as:
isuninst -f"C:\Program Files\Vendio\Uninst.isu"
Then, proceed with installing the downloaded SMPro v5.0 kit again.
If you still cannot synchronize:
1. Please check the AMPro.log file for any indication of the cause. You need to check the most recent entries to the log, located at the end of the file.
2. Please go to the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the Service Packs the site recommends, especially those for Windows and Internet Explorer.
3. Install also Visual Basic 6.0 SP5 Run-Time Files. The link to this kit is:
