I just came aboard and am trying to use sales manager pro but keep getting errors.
As I work through the forms the error keeps appearing that sales manager pro cannot be opened.
If I click it about 6 tims it eventually disappears. This happens about 8 times per ad.
Finally this does not work at all.
The error says if I click a new file will be created but it does not happen.

Hello Thom,
To help resolve the problem you have described, first uninstall the current version of SM Pro that is on your system and then reinstall it again.
You may use the Add/Remove Programs Wizard in Windows to uninstall the application. You do not need to worry about saving your batches and images as these will be retained.
Once you have uninstalled SM Pro, you will need to reinstall it. You may use the install kit that you used before if it is still on your system, otherwise, you will need to download the install kit again (please be sure to select "save to disk" when downloading.) Before you begin the install process, please be sure to close any open applications you might have installed on your system.
Once you have reinstalled the SM Pro application, you should be able to run it without error. If you are still experiencing problems after uninstalling/reinstalling the application, please let us know.

Hello Thom,
Please restart your computer, make sure that no other programs are running, and proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling SMPro again.
If it still does not work:
1. You might try to install to a different location,
2. Make sure that you have enough free disk space,
3. Check your hard disk for errors.
Please let us know if you continue to have problems.
