Hi
I was just cleaning up my inventory and attempted to Promote my other items. I received the error PARENT PAGE INVALID! and an ok button.
Did I do something wrong or is it you?

The Inventory modual appears to be ill!
I just received this error when I tried to save an item I had just changed the quantity and description...
Warning: the quantities have not been updated (edit in progress).
The current quantities available and in storefront are in this page
Please try again"

Hello Paula,
We have not been able to replicate this error on our end thus far. Do you think you could locate a file on your C drive called 'inv.dat' and make a copy of it to email to us, to test further for you?

I got that parent page error while doing a promote and just closed my browser and re-opened it and it never appeared again.

I won't be listing until tomorrow or Wednesday and will let you know as soon as I finish.
Currently I am editing photos and filling orders! That is a good thing.
