I have tried several times to upgrade to 5.0. It starts to upgrade, then it says Downloading AMOpd.exe and hangs up without downloading anything else. I closed all other windows, and even tried rebooting my computer. Any suggestions? Thanks, Donna

Hello Donna,
Try downloading the new version to be installed, rather than using the upgrade tool built into the program if this error persists.
In order to download Sales Manager Pro, please refer to the link below:

To ensure a smooth download and installation process, make sure that you select the "save to disk" option. Before you download, please close all open applications (such as virus checkers or firewall software) that may interfere with the download process.
The default location for this new version to install to will be an all new directory under the name Vendio. When you get to the step where it asks where you want to install it, and it shows that it will load to the Vendio directory, click that browse button instead. Look for the AuctionWatch directory, or Sales Manager Pro directory and install it there instead.
