Hi Null,

Try synchronizing your Pro, then quitting and restarting the program, to make sure you have the latest category updates. Then go ahead and try to create your profile again. If you continue to have trouble setting up your profile, please let me know.

Sonya

Hi Null,

What category was 33700? eBay recently made some category and attributes changes. Here is the link that tells you what was changed:

Hi Null,

Can you also let us know what the eBay motors categories were? The name of the category and the number will suffice. We can check them for you.

Regards,

Sonya

Hi Null,

Thank you for providing me the numbers and names of the categories. Unfortunately there is no eBay Motors profile tab yet. eBay Motors categories cannot be entered in the eBay profile tab, that is why you keep getting the error. What you can do is create an inventory item and launch your Motors items from inventory (you just have to drag and drop from inventory to your batch). The site information tab in Inventory lets you choose your Motors category. Let us know if you have any other questions on this.

Regards,

Sonya
