when i apply a new profile to a listing everything applys just fine accept the category field. Even though the profile has a category field selected already it doesn't apply to a listing or listings when I want it to apply. Please help. This goes with batch importer too. The batch importer is asking if a profile should be use to the import but it leave the category field blank during import.
I just responded to your other post about the category trouble -- you might not have the latest category updates in your version of Pro yet. If your profile has a category set for it that has been recently moved or discontinued, then when you apply the profile, you could have trouble with your category. If you have updated per my instructions in your other post, please check your profile in the Profile Manager and run through the category selection again to make sure it's updated. If the problem persists, let me know the category name and the number you are using.
