I just downloaded teh newest version of PRO. and submitted a few auctions to eBay. Discovered the gallery image on every auction was wrong and had to spend time correcting them. On the old version, the gallery image defaulted to the first image in the auction if you used the Gallery default. Now, you have to select an image. Just learned the hard way that if you just click "Add Image", the default is the last image in the auction. Is there anyway to change the default back to the first image? And to where it will be an automatic default instead of having to add the image each time?

Hello,

I will log your suggestions for product development. The older version of Pro only allowed you to use images that you had attached to the listing when the gallery image can be any image you want provided it is a gif image, so it was changed to allow you to pick any image you want.

Sonya

"provided it is a gif image" .. Just so we are clear, it can be a jpg as well as a gif?. Thanks for your response. I can make it work as is but it would be nice if when you click "add image" if the default were the first image in the lsiting instead of the last. Normally, I rename my photos and would have seen what was going on. But this time I had just left them identified by the Mavica numbers so I didn't notice it was the wrong pic. Wouldn't you know that I would change my routine at the same time as the program was changed?

Hello,

My mistake, I meant to say, provided it is NOT a gif image. The gallery does not allow gif images, you can only choose jpeg images for it. Sorry about that!

I completely agree and suffered the same frustration. I am uninstalling the new version and going back to the old.

Hello,

Note that we have released another update to SM Pro 5.0 which will take care of this problem. You will need to re-download the application, however, in order to take advantage of the update. All new downloads will consist of the updated version.

Thanks,

Diana
