I have two eBay auction IDs. Have been using SM for my primary ID with no real problem. I installed 5.0 for my second ID just like I had done in the past with the old version. Now when I try to open SM for my primary ID, I get a "Run-time error 429 Active X component cannot create object". Help! I need SM Pro working for both IDs.
To run SMPro with 2 ID's, you need to use the same version in both locations.
Please upgrade SMPro for the primary ID, too: run a new installation, using the same SMPro v5.0 kit, and choosing as target folder the location of the primary ID.
