I have just re-listed 7 items on eBay and as usual edited each of them, making changes to their titles, descriptions, starting prices, BIN prices etc - and on each to show no Vendio checkout.
The items are launched and currently live on eBay - in their original state, with NONE of the changes I made in editing showing. the changes were made and saved in editing, and showed up in the Quick Preview facility - but for some reason have not then transferred into eBay.
I have now had to revise them at eBay - I am not too pleased, to say the least! ;-(
I have never seen a case where hitting the 'save' button on the edit page, Vs the 'return' or just 'back' button didn't save changes made during the relist process.
If the items are live now, you will as you mentioned need to make those changes via eBay directly now.
If you ever come across a situation like this again, please let us know. I made an attempt to replicate this issue, but was unable to do so at this time.

Neither have I, Christopher - which is why I reported it here. On most of them, I did not preview after editing, just hit Save and then launch. Every single one of them (currently live on this ID) launched without any of the changes being made.
